Every undelivered email turns into a question
When a message does not arrive, someone has to find out why. Without the right tools, that means digging through Subusers, exports and DNS records by hand.
“I never got the email”
A customer swears the password reset never arrived. Was it blocked, did it bounce, was it reported as spam? Without the history in one place, every ticket starts with detective work.
Subusers multiply the haystack
Dozens or hundreds of Subusers, each with its own suppressions and statistics. Finding one address, or one bad sender, means checking them one at a time.
Authentication breaks quietly
A DNS change drops a DKIM record or a DMARC policy and nothing warns you. Mail keeps flowing, straight into spam folders, until someone notices the numbers.
Lists of unknown quality
Someone hands you a file of addresses and asks if it is safe to send. Which ones have already bounced, which domains take no mail, which are disposable?
Bounce reasons nobody can read
Raw rejection messages from every mailbox provider, each in its own dialect. Without categories, the patterns hide in plain sight.
Bad senders surface last
One Subuser with a bad list can drag down everyone's reputation. Unless you can see who collected the most blocks and bounces yesterday, you find out late.
SendGrid forgets what happened to your email within days
Delivered, opened, clicked, deferred: SendGrid's activity feed lets you search those events for 3 days on Essentials and 7 days on Pro. EmailWorx records every event SendGrid reports for your mail and keeps 13 to 25 months of it, depending on your plan.
Thirteen months is deliberate: it lets you compare this month with the same month last year. Look up what happened to any message, see when a problem started, and tell a seasonal dip from a real one, long after SendGrid's feed has moved on. Your history starts the day you connect.
This is about email activity only. SendGrid keeps your suppression lists, the bounces, blocks and spam reports, until they are removed. EmailWorx keeps its own dated record of every one, even after it is removed from SendGrid.

Five tools for the questions you get every day
The SendGrid tools work across your parent account and every Subuser, all from one sign-in.
Answer “did it get through?” in seconds
Type an address and see the full story of every message sent to it: processed, delivered, deferred, bounced, opened and clicked, with the subject line and sender, alongside every block, bounce, spam report and invalid-address record. Each bounce reason is sorted into a plain category, such as Gmail Reputation, Quota or User disabled, with a clear call on whether the address is safe to safelist.
A side panel checks the domain at the same time: whether the domain ending is real, which mail servers accept its mail, and whether it is a known disposable domain. Big mailbox providers such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are recognized on sight.
Your whole suppression list, filterable
Page through blocks, bounces, spam reports and invalid addresses by type, date range, Subuser, bounce category, recommended action and text, all from one screen instead of one Subuser at a time. Filter to Microsoft IP Block or Gmail Reputation and see exactly who it hit.
Every view has its own link, so you can send a colleague exactly what you are looking at.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, checked live
Pick a Subuser or the parent account and see every domain SendGrid has authenticated for it, each checked live against its Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) records.
A revoked DKIM key, a missing SPF record or two conflicting DMARC records show up as exactly that, with a plain explanation, not as a green tick.
Check a whole list before you send to it
Upload up to 10 CSV files at once, up to 10 MB each. Every address is checked against your own suppression history and its domain checks, and you get back a file that says, row by row, whether to safelist it, with its mailbox provider and bounce category.
Choose the columns you want and sort by up to five of them, then save that as a view for yourself or your team. Result files are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
Know when you land on a blocklist
Add the IP addresses and domains you send from and EmailWorx watches them on the blocklists, so a listing shows up on your screen instead of in your bounce rate. Each monitor can be an IP or a domain, whichever fits how you send.
Senders on SendGrid's shared IPs usually monitor their own domains: the sending domain, the return-path domain and the link tracking domain. Senders with dedicated IPs can monitor those too.
IsItDisposable credits, built in
The cheapest bounce is the one that never joins your list. Every EmailWorx plan includes IsItDisposable credits: lookups that catch disposable and fake addresses at signup, before they become tomorrow's bounces.
Delivery data your whole team can read
Your SendGrid statistics, rolled up into reports that show where your mail is landing, where it is not, and which Subusers are responsible.
Monthly Statistics
Delivery totals, rates and month-over-month change, year by year, for the whole account or one Subuser. Put this month next to the same month last year and see whether a dip is seasonal or a problem.
Mailbox Providers
Deliveries, bounces, blocks, deferrals, opens, clicks and complaints for Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo Mail, Apple iCloud, Google Workspace and the rest, for the whole account or a single Subuser. See at a glance when one provider starts treating your mail differently.
Bounce Categories
Blocks, bounces and delayed mail grouped into plain-language categories and trended over time, with a breakdown by mailbox provider. A new problem stands out the day it starts instead of hiding in thousands of raw rejection messages.
Top Daily Negative
The Subusers with the most blocks, bounces, spam reports and invalid addresses each day, ranked side by side. The sender dragging down your reputation stands out the morning after, not at the end of the month.

Up and running without touching your sending
Talk to us
Tell us how you send through SendGrid: roughly how many Subusers, how much volume, and what you need to see. We put together a plan that fits.
We connect your account
You create a restricted SendGrid API key with our step-by-step guide. We set up your account and start recording your SendGrid events, suppressions and statistics from that day on. Nothing about how you send has to change.
Your team signs in
Invite as many teammates as you need, as owners, admins or members. Everyone works from the same data, scoped to your account.
Careful with your data by design
Your sending history says a lot about your business and your customers. EmailWorx is built to treat it that way.
Look, don't touch
EmailWorx never sends mail through your account and never changes or deletes your suppressions. The only thing it adds to your SendGrid account is its own event webhook, clearly named, and it never touches your other webhooks.
Your data, walled off
Each customer's records are kept in their own separate database, reached with their own credentials, which we store encrypted. Every screen is scoped to your account and nothing else.
Sign-in you can trust
Sessions you can end at any time and optional two-factor sign-in for your team. Our own staff must use two-factor sign-in, and any time they view your account to help you, it is recorded in an audit log.
A real agreement
Every customer signs a proper contract before getting access, so how your data is handled is written down and agreed, not buried in a click-through.
Built by SenderWorx
SenderWorx (opens in a new tab) is the house brand for a suite of focused email deliverability tools that help senders reach the inbox and be trusted there, including IsItDisposable (opens in a new tab). Its founder has worked in email deliverability since 2009 and founded InboxJam, a deliverability consultancy, in 2016. EmailWorx is now in its fifth version.
The things you would ask before signing up
How does EmailWorx connect to SendGrid, and what access does it need?
You create one restricted API key on your parent SendGrid account, and we send you a step-by-step guide for it. It needs read access to suppressions, stats, Subusers, sender authentication and email activity, plus permission to manage event webhooks so EmailWorx can add its own. Mail Send, billing, API keys and everything else stay off. One key on the parent account covers every Subuser. If your SendGrid plan does not include email activity access, everything still works; you just will not see subject lines and senders on individual messages.
Do I need to change how I send through SendGrid?
No. Your sending, templates and integrations stay exactly as they are. EmailWorx adds its own event webhook next to any you already have, and SendGrid sends it a copy of your email events.
Can EmailWorx change or delete anything in my SendGrid account?
It never sends mail, never changes or deletes your suppressions, and never touches your sending settings. The one thing it creates is its own event webhook, named “InboxJam Logs”, and that is the only webhook it will ever change or remove.
How far back does my history go?
It starts the day you connect: SendGrid cannot hand over events it has already discarded. From then on, EmailWorx keeps 13 to 25 months of your email history, depending on your plan, and deletes anything older automatically. Suppression records are kept for good, even after an address is removed from your SendGrid lists.
Does it work with Subusers?
Yes. Every tool and report works for the parent account and for any Subuser, and the statistics show which Subusers send the most and which collect the most blocks and bounces.
How many people on my team can use it?
As many as you need. Team accounts have unlimited seats, with owner, admin and member roles.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your setup, so we quote it directly. Send us a message and we will come back to you with a plan that fits how you send.
Why SendGrid only?
Going deep on one provider is what makes every tool and report here possible. EmailWorx is built for SendGrid today; support for more email providers is planned for the full EmailWorx platform.
